Description
This spooky and simple Halloween Oreo bark recipe combines white chocolate, crunchy Oreos, Reese’s Pieces, sprinkles, and edible eyes for a fun and festive candy that’s as easy to make as it is to eat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 oz white chocolate (bars, chips, or melts)
- 7 Halloween Oreos
- ¼ cup Reese’s Pieces
- Halloween sprinkles
- Halloween candy eyeballs
Instructions
- Place white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Stop when only a few pieces remain unmelted—stir to finish melting.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour and spread the melted chocolate into an even layer about ¼ inch thick.
- Roughly chop Oreos. While the chocolate is still warm, top with chopped Oreos, Reese’s Pieces, sprinkles, and candy eyeballs. Press toppings gently to adhere.
- Chill in the fridge for 1 hour or until firm. (Or freeze for 20 minutes.)
- Once set, lift bark off the parchment and break into pieces by hand or with a sharp knife.
Notes
Use high-quality white chocolate for smooth melting. For a twist, add orange food coloring swirls or local ingredients like roasted nuts or cardamom. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for longer shelf life.
