Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix cream cheese and egg until smooth, then add cake mix, baking powder, and oil; mix until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips gently.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes to prevent spreading.
- Scoop dough into balls and place 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–13 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers are set.
- Cool 10 minutes on the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
