  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 23 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 12 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes without moving.
  5. Flip chicken, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for another 5 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  7. Add bang bang sauce to the skillet and simmer for 1–2 minutes, scraping the pan.
  8. Return chicken to skillet and coat thoroughly with sauce.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
