- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat chicken thighs dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes without moving.
- Flip chicken, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for another 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add bang bang sauce to the skillet and simmer for 1–2 minutes, scraping the pan.
- Return chicken to skillet and coat thoroughly with sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
