- 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

- 1 egg white or 1 oz aquafaba
- Ice for shaking
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
- Lime wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Add tequila, passionfruit juice, raspberry syrup, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white (or aquafaba) to a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake without ice for 15–20 seconds to build foam.
- Add ice and shake again for 15–20 seconds until chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lime wedge.
- Serve immediately while foam is fresh.
Notes
For best results, use freshly squeezed lime juice and high-quality passionfruit juice. Aquafaba works perfectly as a vegan substitute for egg white.
