- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 green onions, chopped

- 2 cups cooked rice
- Optional: bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, spinach

Instructions
- Rinse and cook rice using stove, rice cooker, or Instant Pot method.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat and add minced garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions; season with salt and pepper and simmer 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble bowls by adding rice, topping with Korean beef, and adding vegetables or toppings of choice.
- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, kimchi, or a fried egg.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the pan, don’t stir too often, drain excess fat, and always serve over hot rice for best absorption.
