  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 burger buns

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gently mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder until just combined.
  2. Divide mixture into four equal portions and form patties about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill over medium heat.
  4. Add patties and cook for 4–5 minutes without pressing or moving.
  5. Flip burgers and cook another 4–5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove burgers from heat and allow to rest for a few minutes.
