- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits each)

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder (for topping)
- Lean turkey or plant-based ground as substitutes
- Low-fat cheese or chorizo mix for flavor variations
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare ingredients. Separate biscuit dough.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet for 5–7 minutes with salt and pepper; drain excess fat.
- Stir in 2 tsp garlic powder and half the cheddar until melted; cool slightly.
- Flatten biscuits into 4–5 inch circles and add 1 tbsp beef mixture plus 1 tbsp cheese; seal tightly.
- Place seam-side down on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake 15–20 minutes until golden.
- Mix melted butter, Parmesan, and 1 tsp garlic powder; brush over warm bombs.
