Description
These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs merge the classic American cheeseburger with Italian-inspired garlic parmesan flavors, all wrapped in buttery biscuit dough for the ultimate comfort food experience.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 teaspoon salt (or garlic salt)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 3 cloves minced fresh garlic)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (or 2 tbsp finely diced onion)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat, leaving 1–2 tbsp.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll out each biscuit to 1/4 inch thick.
- Place 2 tbsp beef mixture in center of each biscuit. Fold and seal tightly, placing seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush tops of bombs with mixture.
- Sprinkle Parmesan over each bomb. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown (165°F internal temperature).
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Avoid overfilling (stick to 2 tbsp filling) and seal edges tightly to prevent bursting. Use fresh-grated cheese for best melt. Try air frying at 350°F for 10–12 minutes for a lighter version.
