- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar and let sit until foamy.
- Mix yeast mixture with flour, butter, salt, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Knead dough until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in oiled bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled.
- Divide dough into equal pieces and roll into breadsticks.
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and let rise until puffy.
- Bake until golden.
- Brush warm breadsticks with melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and herbs.
