- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Melt butter in a skillet and brown ground beef for 6-8 minutes; drain excess fat.
- Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook 1 additional minute.
- In a bowl, combine beef, cooked rice, French onion soup, and sour cream.
- Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving and garnish with parsley if desired.
