- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and position rack in the center.
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells and gently lift the meat to rest on top of the shell.
- Season lobster meat with salt and pepper and place on a rimmed baking sheet.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Whisk in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Stir in lemon juice and season sauce with salt and pepper.
- Spoon or brush the garlic butter sauce generously over the lobster tails.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until lobster meat is opaque and reaches 145°F internally.
- Remove from oven, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Avoid overcooking lobster tails to prevent rubbery texture. Use an instant-read thermometer for best results.
