  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well blended.
  3. Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into each salmon fillet about 3/4 of the way through without splitting.
  4. Spoon the seafood mixture evenly into each pocket, pressing gently to secure.
  5. Place stuffed fillets on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
