- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz lump crab meat, drained
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tubes crescent roll dough
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Optional: sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Place 1 tablespoon filling on the wide end of each triangle and roll into crescents.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle optional toppings.
- Bake 11-13 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Cool 3-5 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Drain crab well to prevent soggy crescents. Chill dough briefly if too sticky for easy shaping.
