- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat salmon and shrimp dry with paper towels.
- Season salmon with half of the Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Cook salmon fillets for about 5 minutes per side until flaky. Remove and keep warm.
- Add shrimp and remaining Cajun seasoning to the skillet and cook 3–4 minutes until pink.
- Remove shrimp and stir in heavy cream, simmering 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return salmon and shrimp to the pan and coat with sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute coconut milk or Greek yogurt for heavy cream. Serve over rice, pasta, or cauliflower rice.
