Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie recommended)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (Frank’s RedHot preferred)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: chopped green onions, crumbled blue cheese
- Smart swaps: Greek yogurt for half the cream cheese, turkey instead of chicken, pepper jack cheese for more heat
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch, half the cheddar, and mozzarella until smooth.
- Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Cool 3–5 minutes, then garnish with green onions or blue cheese crumbles.
- Serve warm with chips, veggies, or crackers.
Notes
Always use softened cream cheese for smooth blending. Freshly grated cheese melts better than pre-shredded.
