Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray or olive oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Steam broccoli for 2–3 minutes until tender, then drain and finely chop.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly until the mixture holds together.
- Scoop mixture and roll into small balls.
- Place balls on prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Lightly spray with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Drain broccoli well to prevent excess moisture and ensure the balls hold their shape while baking.
