Ingredients
2 boxes (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
4 cups cold milk (2% or whole)
25 Oreo cookies, crushed
8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
10 Peeps marshmallow bunnies
18 mini egg candies
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut, dyed green (optional)
Food coloring (optional, for pudding layers)
Instructions
Prepare the Pudding: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk for about 2 minutes until smooth. Let the pudding set for 5 minutes.
Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the Cool Whip to create a creamy texture. If using food coloring, divide the pudding into bowls and mix in pastel colors.
Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreos in a resealable bag and crush them using a rolling pin or food processor until fine crumbs form.
Assemble the Dirt Cups: In small serving cups or jars, layer 2 spoonfuls of pudding, followed by 1 1/2 tablespoons of crushed Oreos. Repeat layers, ending with crushed Oreos on top.
