Description

Ingredients

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and ensure your blender is clean and dry. Remove any thick stems from the basil and peel the garlic.
  2. Add ingredients to the blender in this order: olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, garlic, and fresh basil leaves.
  3. Blend on high speed for 20–30 seconds until smooth and pale green. Blend an extra 10–15 seconds if needed.
  4. Transfer to a glass container. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to one week. Shake before each use.

Notes
