- 4 salmon fillets (skin on)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
- Black sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat salmon fillets dry. Rub with olive oil, then coat with Cajun seasoning and a pinch of salt.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon skin-side up for 3 minutes. Flip and cook for 2 more minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt butter. Add honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Simmer and stir until combined. Add lemon juice.
- Pour sauce over salmon in skillet. Cook 3–5 more minutes, spooning sauce over fish regularly.
- Serve with parsley, lemon wedges, and sesame seeds. Enjoy immediately.
Notes
Adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice preference. Serve with rice, vegetables, or salad for a complete meal.
