Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • Juice of ½ lemon (freshly squeezed)
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup warm or room-temperature water

Instructions

  1. In a glass, combine the apple cider vinegar and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  2. Stir in the freshly grated ginger.
  3. Add raw honey or maple syrup if desired and stir until dissolved.
  4. Pour in the warm or room-temperature water.
  5. If using butterfly pea flowers, steep them in hot water for 10 minutes, strain, then add to the mixture. Stir in camu camu powder or yerba mate if using.

Notes

Start with a small amount and increase gradually to assess tolerance. For variety, try green tea instead of water or add turmeric and black pepper for enhanced benefits.
