Big Mac Sliders deliver all the iconic flavors of the classic fast-food burger in easy, shareable slider form, perfect for game day, parties, or quick family dinners.

- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 6 slices American cheese, cut in half
- 12 dill pickle slices
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it into crumbles.
- Add diced onion, season with salt and pepper, cook 2 to 3 minutes, then drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom layer in the baking dish.
- Spread half of the special sauce over the buns.
- Evenly layer cooked beef, cheese slices, and pickles.
- Spread remaining sauce on the top buns and place them on the sliders.
- Brush buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
- Remove from oven, add shredded lettuce, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Add the lettuce after baking to keep it crisp. These sliders are best served fresh and warm.
