Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, crushed
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Pat crushed strawberries dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Gently fold in strawberries.
  6. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  7. Freeze for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  8. Melt white chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
  9. Dip truffle balls into chocolate and place back on parchment.
  10. Let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

Notes
