- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, crushed
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- Pat crushed strawberries dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Fold in graham cracker crumbs.
- Gently fold in strawberries.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze for 15–20 minutes until firm.
- Melt white chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
- Dip truffle balls into chocolate and place back on parchment.
- Let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
Notes
Make sure strawberries are well dried before mixing to prevent soft truffles. Chill thoroughly before dipping for best results.
