Description

Instructions

  2. Trim and halve Brussels sprouts, then pat completely dry.

  4. Arrange cut-side down on baking sheet in a single layer. Roast 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. While roasting, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, and Dijon in a small saucepan. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened; stir in garlic if using.
  6. Toss roasted sprouts in the warm glaze until evenly coated.
