Homemade Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups are rich, creamy chocolate treats filled with smooth peanut butter, easy to make with simple ingredients and perfect for no-bake desserts.

- 11 oz milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and thick.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl on 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Stir vegetable oil into melted chocolate until glossy.
- Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of silicone molds or lined muffin cups.
- Add a layer of peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
- Cover with more melted chocolate, filling molds to the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Remove from molds and serve.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for best texture. You can use dark chocolate or almond butter for variations.
