Instructions
- Mix Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Scoop the mixture into 6 evenly sized balls on a parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze for 10–20 minutes until firm.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in short microwave intervals, stirring between each.
- Dip each frozen bite into melted chocolate and return to the tray.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes until chocolate sets.
Notes
For best texture, store bites in the refrigerator instead of the freezer and let them sit for a few minutes before serving if frozen.
