- 1 cup buttermilk

- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 2 cups canola oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth; refrigerate.
- Mix buttermilk, flour, cornstarch, egg, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne; add chicken and marinate 10 minutes.
- Coat each chicken piece in panko, pressing to adhere.
- Heat oil in a skillet to 365°F.
- Fry chicken in batches 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels, then toss warm chicken in Bang Bang sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
