  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish with olive oil.
