  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to broil at 500°F and position rack 4–6 inches from heat.
  2. Cut lobster shells lengthwise with kitchen shears and gently loosen meat.
