Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms, then knead about 20 times.
- Cover dough and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide dough into 4 portions and shape into bagels with holes.
- Brush bagels with beaten egg and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use thick Greek yogurt for best texture. Let bagels cool fully before slicing to avoid a gummy interior.
