  • 23 tbsp tomato paste (optional)
  • 1 can (28 oz) crushed San Marzano tomatoes
  • 67 cups beef or chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 810 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook 4–5 minutes until translucent. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Cook Meat: Add ground beef and brown for 5–7 minutes, breaking apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
