- 2 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp dried red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to broil at 500°F.
- Cut lobster shells lengthwise and gently lift meat to rest on top of shells.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and heavy cream.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with garlic butter sauce.
- Broil lobster tails for 6–8 minutes until meat is opaque and reaches 140–145°F.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes.
- Drizzle with remaining sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
Avoid overcooking the lobster tails, as they can become rubbery. Use a thermometer for best results.
