Bang Bang Salmon Bites are crispy, flavorful salmon cubes tossed in a creamy, sweet-and-spicy bang bang sauce. This quick and easy salmon recipe is perfect for appetizers, weeknight dinners, or healthy seafood meals with bold flavor.

- 1 lb salmon fillets, skin removed and cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and place in a bowl.
- Toss salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Cook salmon in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden, or bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, or air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
- Toss cooked salmon bites with the bang bang sauce or drizzle sauce over the top.
- Serve immediately, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. Air frying produces the crispiest results.
