- 1 ½ cups apple cider
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 ounces fresh orange juice
- 1 orange, sliced
- 8–10 fresh thyme sprigs
- 3–6 cinnamon sticks
- 2 apples, diced
- 2–4 tablespoons Bourbon (optional)
- 1 bottle chilled Prosecco
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and equipment.
- In a 2-quart pitcher, combine apple cider, lemon juice, orange juice, orange slices, thyme, cinnamon sticks, diced apples, and Bourbon (if using). Stir gently.
- (Optional) Refrigerate for 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
- Just before serving, add chilled Prosecco and stir lightly.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with thyme, cinnamon sticks, and fruit slices.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, skip Bourbon and replace Prosecco with sparkling apple juice or soda. Adjust citrus, sweetness, and spice to taste. Best served chilled and freshly garnished.
