A crisp, spiced Apple Cider Margarita that blends tequila, fresh lime, and apple cider with a cinnamon-sugar-salt rim. This 5-minute fall cocktail is bright, cozy, and perfect for autumn gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1½ oz tequila (blanco or reposado)
- 1½ oz apple cider (unfiltered preferred)
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice (½ oz)
- 1 tsp simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Rim: 1 tsp granulated sugar, ¼ tsp ground cinnamon, ½ tsp sea salt
- Optional garnish: Cinnamon stick, star anise
Instructions
- On a small plate, mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt for the rim.
- Run a lime wedge around the glass rim, dip into rim mixture, and fill glass with ice.
- In a shaker, combine tequila, apple cider, lime juice, and simple syrup. Add ice and shake 10–12 seconds.
- Strain into prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with cinnamon stick and/or star anise.
Notes
Use blanco tequila for a bright, peppery flavor or reposado for vanilla-oak warmth. For a pitcher (8 servings), combine 12 oz tequila, 12 oz cider, 4 oz lime juice, and 8 tsp simple syrup. For a mocktail, swap tequila with non-alcoholic tequila or cinnamon tea plus orange juice.
