Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz salted peanuts
  • 16 oz unsalted peanuts
  • 16 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 24 oz white almond bark, chopped
  • 4 oz German sweet chocolate bar, chopped

Instructions

  1. Layer ingredients in a 4-quart crock pot: salted peanuts on the bottom, followed by unsalted peanuts, semi-sweet chocolate chips, almond bark, and German sweet chocolate.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 1.5 hours without stirring.
  3. After 90 minutes, stir until smooth and evenly combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls or scoops of mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  5. Cool completely at room temperature for 30 minutes until set.
  6. Store in airtight containers once fully cooled.

Notes

Do not cook on HIGH heat, as it can burn the chocolate. Be sure to keep the crock pot and utensils completely dry to avoid chocolate seizing.
