- 12 cherry tomatoes (firm, ripe)
- 12 fresh basil leaves (or baby spinach substitute)
- 12 small mozzarella balls (bocconcini or mozzarella pearls)

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 toothpicks or skewers
Instructions
- Wash and dry cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
- Drain mozzarella balls and pat dry. Halve if using larger mozzarella.
- Thread each skewer: tomato, basil leaf, then mozzarella ball.
